The performance when handling of wet and muddy conditions is great. I tested them in the snow along with some other cars in January and they worked brilliantly I even managed to pull a Sainsbury's van out of a field on Valentine's day and now the real challenge will be in the Alps this March. I put these on my Hilux about six months ago and they have been spot on. The chunky blocks bite well on mud and wet grass when I am up the farm track, and they still feel steady on the motorway once you get used to the extra bit of noise. They have taken plenty of stone and gravel without any chips or cuts so far, and the wear looks very even across the tread. They are not cheap but for the mix of road and rough ground I do, they are worth it.
