Prompt, tidy and reasonably priced.
Easy online booking and payment. Once arrived very friendly and prompt service. Onsite access to toilet and kitchen, where I was offered a chance to make a very welcome cup of tea. PG was kind and informative regarding the tyre change. Also helped me reverse off site which I certainly needed! Top marks.
I was expecting the usual runaround where the garage knows nothing about your order. Not the case here. They had the paperwork, the tyres were there, and the whole thing took about 25 minutes.
